Hey! Welcome to my online studio! I'm a self-taught watercolor and oil paint artist, pursuing my passion for art after my full-time job in the Web3 space which I am also drawn to. I live in a beautiful town in Florida with my husband and our lovely boxer, Floki!

Like many artists, I was a creative child and enjoyed drawing a lot from a young age, but I had to quit when I started primary school because spending time on “worthless drawing and painting” was a strictly forbidden thing in a traditional Chinese family. 

After 11 years of no connection with drawing and living with a series of taboos, I started doodling again in college, where I finally learned to protect my choices. Since then, it's been a therapeutic weekend hobby for a decade. Now, I'm integrating painting as a more serious part of my life, beyond just a hobby.

I started with watercolor painting and soon became fascinated with oil paint. Both mediums are my favorites, and I choose which to use based on the stories I want to tell. I love painting characters inspired by lessons I've learned from nature, history, and the amazing people around me. I believe everyone has a purpose in life since the DNA was created, and we all navigate it in our own unique ways. Painting is my way of navigating life.
